RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to feel good about your Wave Surfing Club purchase. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted for unused brushes in their original condition and packaging. Email thewavesurfclub@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. We’ll reply with return instructions and the mailing address.

Return shipping and fees
For a regular return, you pay the return shipping cost. If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll cover the return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the credit.
